Meet Erin
With over 35 years in Human Resources, Erin (Henry) Rastikis has built a diverse career spanning three distinct phases. Her journey began with a decade as a Human Resources Practitioner across various industries, followed by ten years in Information Technology staffing. In her third decade, Erin established ITsHRc, LLC, an independent consultancy that combines her expertise in recruitment and Human Resources business consulting.
ITsHRc, LLC operates as a full-service professional recruiting firm dedicated to connecting organizations with exceptional talent. Beyond executive recruitment, Erin and her team provide specialized business consulting services with a Human Resources focus, primarily serving organizations throughout the Dayton, Ohio region. Erin holds a Master’s degree in General Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Capital University. She maintains dual certifications: the SHRM-CP (Certified Professional) through the Society of Human Resources Management and the PHR (Professional Human Resources) through the Human Resources Certification Institute. In 2025, Erin established herself as an author by publishing ‘Book of Yes: A Human Resources Love Story That Transformed Lives’ on Amazon. She is dedicated to helping businesses develop effective people strategies while cultivating extraordinary workplace cultures.
